La 150° Bionda di Menabrea è una birra caratterizzata da un aroma morbido e bilanciato, da un gusto pieno che si accompagna perfettamente a diversi tipi di abbinamenti e si gusta al meglio ad una temperatura di 6/8° C. Il risultato di una ricetta tradizionale che si tramanda di generazione in generazione.

Di bassa fermentazione e al doppio malto, con una gradazione alcolica di 7,50% vol., la 150° Rossa è una specialità di Birra Menabrea caratterizzata dalla schiuma abbondante e persistente, dall'inconfondibile aroma di malto tostato e zucchero di canna che le conferiscono il tipico colore rosso. Il suo equilibrio morbido, tendente al dolce, e il corpo strutturato la rendono una birra adatta a particolari abbinamenti: ottima se servita fredda, ad una temperatura di 6/8° C, accompagnata con carni rosse, formaggi e con i dolci al cacao.

Birra ambrata tipo Märzen, con una gradazione alcolica di 5% vol., è una specialità di Birra Menabrea prodotta con i migliori ingredienti. È caratterizzata da un colore ambrato, dovuto alla miscelazione dei malti scuri, con schiuma persistente color crema che si sposa benissimo con pietanze a base di riso, pollo e formaggio. Da conservare al fresco, ad una temperatura di 6/8° C per assaporare tutto il suo gusto. La 150° Ambrata di Birra Menabrea è, infatti, una birra con un buon corpo, con una struttura delicata e cremosa, nonostante il contenuto grado alcolico. Risulta dolce al palato, con un intenso aroma di malto tostato e finale asciutto, ben bilanciato dall’uso dei luppoli.
